\n- Basic Property Maintenance:
- Perform minor repairs and handle small work orders (e.g., light bulb replacement, lock changes, blinds installation, basic appliance/furniture install & removal, door/cabinet/furniture repair)
- Conduct pest treatments and basic plumbing/electrical work
- Pack and remove trash, organize trash cans, and assist with general upkeep tasks
- On-Call Mobility:
- Must have a personal vehicle (truck preferred) and be able to travel between Squirrel Hill and Oakland on short notice
- Available to respond to occasional off-office-hour emergencies
- Tenant & Owner Communication:
- Communicate professionally with tenants to address issues and provide timely updates
- Coordinate with property owners to answer inquiries and arrange maintenance visits
- 4. Administrative Support:
- Assist with basic billing calculations (e.g., utilities)
- Handle simple email cases and office errands
- Leasing & Marketing Support (January–July Peak Season):
- Create marketing posts for ILS channels
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities as needed
- Chinese-speaking preferred (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Hands-on experience with tools and small repairs
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
