Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Process invoices, expenses, and assist with vendor management
- Support the accounting team in audits and compliance requirements
- Participate in special projects to improve efficiency and reporting processes
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
