Position Overview:

Trioworld North America is looking for a dynamic full-time Industrial Electrician. This is a full-time day shift position with (on call duties) based at our manufacturing facility in Brownsburg, Indiana. We offer a competitive compensation package depending on experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Operate within a multi-skilled environment to maintain the plant's machinery and equipment, while improving processes.

· Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with standardized procedures.

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including PLC and motor controls, safety sensors and relays.

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, drives, bearings and gears.

· Ensuring that replacement parts are on order to minimize downtime

· Repairing and replacing parts as required by the company's preventative maintenance program

· Carrying out electrical maintenance procedures

· Tuning equipment and ensuring that adequate controls and safety measures are functional

· Diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic system faults

Essential Job Requirements:

· Certified Ontario Electrician (442A/309A or interprovincial license) with PLC and motor controls troubleshooting.

· Strong problem-solving skills related to troubleshooting equipment issues, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment.

· Leadership skills

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional team members.

· Mechanical aptitude/ interest

· Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and working conditions

· Day Shift with (on call duties)

Experience in some of the following areas is essential:

· Programmable Logic Control

· PLC, Robotics Automation

· Maintenance Electrical Mechanical

· Industrial Manufacturing Electrician

· Red Seal Licensed 309A 442A

· Plastics manufacturing or extrusion equipment

· Use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work tracking
