What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Communications Analyst position at Triosim Corporation?
JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Communications Analyst owns the development and execution of Triosim's communications strategy — including brand management, content development, digital marketing, and event support — in service of the company's growth and customer engagement goals. This role translates the work happening in the field into compelling, accurate content that builds Triosim's reputation with customers and prospects, while also supporting internal communications that reinforce the company's people and safety-first culture. Consistency, credibility, and clear communication are the foundations of this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing communications plan in support of Triosim's growth strategy, brand positioning, and customer retention goals.
- Own all brand messaging and visual identity standards; ensure consistent voice, tone, and design across every customer-facing and internal touchpoint.
- Plan, write, and produce marketing content — case studies, service capability sheets, email campaigns, web copy, presentations, and social media — that supports the sales and business development teams.
- Manage and continuously improve Triosim.com, including content updates, SEO performance, and lead-capture forms; partner with IT/web vendors on site enhancements.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid, and organic social channels; track performance and adjust strategy based on data.
- Coordinate Triosim's presence at industry trade shows and customer events — including booth design, collateral, promotional items, and pre/post-event follow-up.
- Partner with business leaders to source project photos, customer testimonials, and job stories that can be developed into case studies and social content.
- Manage relationships with outside vendors and agencies, including designers, printers, photographers, and videographers; negotiate scope and pricing to stay within budget.
- Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement materials — proposal templates, capability decks, and one-pagers — in coordination with the sales and estimating teams.
- Support internal communications initiatives, including employee engagement campaigns, employee recognition, recruiting materials, and company announcements, in partnership with Triosim leadership.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs — website traffic, campaign engagement, lead generation, and brand reach — and present findings to leadership on a regular cadence.
- Manage the marketing budget; track spend against plan and provide monthly variance reporting to the COO.
- Oversee Triosim's social media presence across all platforms; develop a content calendar and ensure timely, on-brand posting.
- Coordinate press releases, award submissions, and other public relations activities to raise Triosim's profile in target industries.
- Ensure all marketing materials are technically accurate by reviewing service, safety, and certification content with subject matter experts before publication.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of experience in a marketing communications role, ideally supporting a B2B industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or field services organization.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through measurement.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate technical or operational work into clear, compelling content.
- Experience managing outside vendors and agencies, including budget negotiation and project timelines.
- Working knowledge of website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Comfort working directly with field and operations personnel to gather accurate, credible content from active job sites.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) sufficient to direct, review, and provide feedback on creative work.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting marketing and web analytics to guide decisions and report results to leadership.
