Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations. This role will assist with accounts payable processing, payroll time entry, accounts receivable invoice creation, and a variety of general office responsibilities to support the overall efficiency of the business.
The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, professional, and capable of handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and timely.
- Create and distribute Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices.
- Perform employee time entry and assist with payroll preparation activities.
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.
- Support reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders as needed.
- Respond to internal and external administrative inquiries professionally.
- Assist with general office operations and clerical tasks.
- Support scheduling, correspondence, and data entry activities.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering when needed.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned by the Business Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or administrative/accounting coursework preferred.
- Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or office support experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of AP/AR processes and payroll support functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Schedule
