How you’ll contribute
You’ll make an impact by delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of procedures. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and the surgical team, you’ll help create exceptional patient experiences and support strong clinical outcomes.

Job Duties

• Provide anesthesia, sedation, and pain management services.

• Complete pre-anesthesia assessments, education, and documentation.

• Develop and manage anesthesia care plans, including follow-up.

• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.

• Respond quickly to changes in condition and anesthesia complications.

• Support emergency care, airway management, and medication/fluid administration.

• Maintain anesthesia supplies and support clinical standards.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications and requirements

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

• Calm, confident decision-making under pressure.

• Clear communication with patients and care teams.

• Knowledge of anesthesia care, monitoring, and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia required; doctoral degree preferred.

• Current CRNA certification required.

• Current licensure in the state of practice required.

• ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications required.
