Duties

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement.
  • Present compelling product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs to recommend suitable energy solutions.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively.
  • Negotiate terms of sale with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and promotional activities that increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, especially within energy sales or solar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse communities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct door-to-door sales confidently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and technical sales techniques related to energy products.

Pay: $60,600.22 - $100,000.00 per year
