The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated part-time production supervisor to our Trio Community Meals team in Santa Clara, CA. As a production supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals in achieving operational success.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitoring all quality and productivity goals.
- Enforcing and following-up on all company policies, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations on a daily basis.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- At least two years of manufacturing experience.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Understand all guidelines regarding current HACCP plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves:
- Food handler’s certification.
Compensation Range
$29.98/hr.
