We are expanding our MSP division and seeking an experienced MSP Project Specialist to serve as the onsite technical lead and trusted client partner.

What You’ll Do
- Lead client-facing IT projects from planning to completion, ensuring technical success and client satisfaction.
- Conduct monthly onsite client visits for maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage tickets and documentation in ConnectWise (Manage, Automate) and related PSA/RMM tools.
- Configure and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, endpoints, and cloud environments.
- Act as the onsite liaison and technical authority, representing TrinWare’s professional image.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve standards, documentation, and client outcomes.
- Participate in occasional after-hours work and on-call rotation.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of MSP or client-facing IT experience.
- Advanced skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco).
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage/Automate or equivalent PSA/RMM systems.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational ability — you can juggle projects, site visits, and tickets seamlessly.
- A valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation.
- A professional appearance and client-ready demeanor — you are the face of TrinWare.
Preferred but not required:
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware).
- Experience with scripting, cloud migration, or IT process documentation.
Work Environment
- On-site only — no remote or hybrid options.
- Based at TrinWare’s Centennial, CO office with travel to client locations in the Denver metro area.
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (occasional off-hours or weekend work).
