We're looking for an experienced leader to manage engineering-focused programs that enhance developer productivity, modernize delivery processes, and optimize SDLC execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise engineering initiatives focused on developer productivity, delivery excellence, and platform improvements.
- Manage projects across the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and production readiness
- Partner with engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, and platform teams to drive successful project delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure timely execution
- Drive Agile/SAFe delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, roadmap execution, and governance
- Prepare executive-level project updates, dashboards, and delivery reports
- Support engineering tool adoption, process improvements, CI/CD initiatives, and SDLC optimization

Required Qualifications
- 7 years of Project or Program Management experience in large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading complex technology or engineering-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and engineering best practices.
- Experience working directly with engineers, architects, QA, and operations teams.
- Strong project planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Planview, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience improving engineering delivery, developer productivity, or platform/tooling ecosystem.
- Knowledge of application architecture, system integrations, data flows, and technical delivery process.
- Background in engineering transformation, platform modernization, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Consulting experience with a Big Four or major consulting firm is a plus.
