Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Engineer to design, implement, and oversee enterprise integrations supporting procurement platforms, ERP systems, vendor management, identity management, and related business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of enterprise integrations and APIs.
- Design and optimize REST/SOAP APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
- Support procurement processes including vendor onboarding, catalogs, contracts, purchase orders, approvals, and invoicing.
- Oversee integrations across ERP, procurement, SSO/IDM, document management, and third-party systems.
- Establish API governance, authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, mTLS), monitoring, and performance benchmarks.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and coordinate vendor technical teams.
- Develop technical documentation, data mappings, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, integration testing, performance tuning, and data governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in system integration, API engineering, and enterprise application integrations.
- 3 years of technical leadership experience on large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, API Gateways, ESB/iPaaS platforms, and integration monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, C#, or Node.js.
- Experience integrating procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or similar solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, data governance, ETL/ELT processes, and procurement workflows.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
