PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify, analyze and document business requirements related to HRIS
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance and optimal performance
- Design, develop and implement HRIS enhancements, workflows and reports to improve HR operations
- Support the implementation of new HRIS modules and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides and system configurations
- Monitor HRIS performance and user feedback to recommend and implement continuous improvements
- Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to drive innovation within the HRIS framework
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role within a global organization
- Proficiency with UKG Pro or other major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques; proficiency in SQL and Excel is a plus
- Certification in HRIS or related areas (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
