ERP Software Consultant

TrinSoft is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant and Business Analyst to join our team. This person is responsible for consulting with our mid-market customers and helping them streamline their operations, reporting and systems using our Microsoft Dynamics solutions, which consist primarily of Business Central. Helping our customers solve challenges and implement technology projects is the core of this role. This person will then oversee the implementation of these solutions by being the bridge between our technical resources and the customer. This person will work directly with our customers and must have strong relationship and communication skills and be comfortable leading group discussions and one-on-one meetings with higher level accounting, finance and IT personnel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and systems workflow. They also need to be conversant with current information technology and, more importantly, willing to learn and stay current with technology and changes in our industry. This role must have the ability to effectively solve challenging company financial, workflow and information/reporting problems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Obtaining and maintaining expert-level knowledge in business systems workflows and best practices - especially in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Working with companies to help identify challenges and offer solutions
• Solving business issues and helping customers utilize our solutions to their fullest potential
• Create specifications and solution documents
• Train end-users and help install and configure solutions
• Assisting and being a part of our technical team to implement technology solutions
• Fostering teamwork
• Obtaining and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics certifications

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-year degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent; CPA or MBA is a plus, but not required
• 3 years of experience in industry or consulting
• Experience with financial projects, transaction workflows and reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management experience or experience leading a team
• Good leadership qualities
• Microsoft Certifications a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
