Trinseo Is Looking For a
Process Automation Engineer M/F to support the global process automation systems with technology and know-how in the fields of programming, Functional Safety and Lead engineer expertise.
Responsibilities
- Leading PA teams in capital projects in the EMEA or US region
- Lead expert teams for the maintenance of global libraries for ABB AC800M control code
- Facilitate expert networks about automation solutions (PLC support, control system design, programming of fired equipment)
- Perform trainings about PA technology (system loading, safety programming)
- Act as Functional Safety Engineer in projects in the EMEA region
Qualifications
- Experienced PA engineer (minimal 10 years of experience)
- Located in one of our EMEA or US sites
- Experience in ABB 800xA and AC800M.
- Ideally knowledge of at least one other commcercial control system (Honeywell Experion, Emerson DeltaV) and PLC (Siemens SIMATIC, Rockwell AB).
- Certified FS Engineer or willingness to aim for it
