Overview
The Order Fulfilment Process Excellence Specialist will be a key enabler for execution of the Supply Chain Roadmap and align with the company’ s transformation towards a new Trinseo. As part of the Order Fulfilment Process Excellence organization, you will be part of a Global team driving optimization, standardization, and automation of the Order to Cash & Logistics processes. As a process Excellence specialist, you will be working on continues improvements, drive implementation of new working processes, leading and participating in various projects, and provide guidance and training to local teams and subject matter experts.
- Lead, participate in projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation e.g.
- Assess performance, continuously optimize current network and identify new projects to improve our global logistics footprint, ensuring end to end Transparency and challenging the status quo on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure the achievement of committed objectives, anticipate future trends and assess opportunities – in terms of new business, volume changes, impacts and risks to be addressed.
- Provide guidance, support & process governance to the Regional Order fulfilment teams to ensure a harmonized approach around Service, Cost, Sustainability and Quality.
- Participate in SAP S/4Hana Standardization.
- Hybrid-flexible role based in Midland, MI preferred. Potential to consider additional global locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics or other related field.
- 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics with customer service/centric approach
- Project Management experience, preferable in a complex global manufacturing environment
- Process Improvement experience, preferable Sig Sigma and Lean certified
- SAP ERP (S4 & ECC) including understand the connections with internal and external systems (preferred knowledge of SAP TM, LBN, Visibility solutions etc).
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment, influence and drive projects to completion
- Effective Presentation & Storytelling capabilities with strong ability to influence at the highest levels
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
