Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Summary: A Utility is a key position and your attendance when scheduled is extremely important. You will wash all pots, utensils; assist in the dish room and properly store and maintain all items. You will restock and place in the proper storage areas, sweep, mop and clean as directed. II. Position Requirements: Check with Early Cook for special needs or problems. AM stocking in order to be ready for breakfast operation. Set-up pot washing area, wash and store as necessary. Receive stock and properly store, checking with Baker and Cooks for items that need to be pulled. Continuous maintenance and sanitation of snack bar and dining areas. Remove all trash and maintain all garbage cans. Properly clean-up / restocking at the end of shift – assist dish room, if necessary. Sweep, mop and clean areas as directed throughout the shift. Practice personal hygiene, grooming standards and follow uniform policy at all times. Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner A: Licensure/Certification/Registration: None required B. Education: Must be at least 16 years of age. HS diploma is desirable but not required. C: Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or extended care facility is desirable but not required.
