Employment Type: Full time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Position Purpose: The Supervisor over the House Supervisor Department manages the activities of the House Supervisors working cooperatively with other departments, colleagues and staff to and identify common issues and concerns. This position will work approximately 1 to 2 shifts as House Supervisor per pay period dependent on department need (considered a "working supervisor"). What you will Do: Manages activities of the House Supervisors, performs House Supervisor duties as needed. Review and approval process for annual feedback of associates. Trains and develops staff. Administration of timekeeping systems, ensures the review and approval process for time sheets. Works cooperatively within system to identify and resolve issues. Consumer Experience and Colleague Safety Hours/Schedule: Salaried/Exempt Full time, 40 hours per week Shift variable dependent on department need Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of three years medical/surgical, ICU or ED nursing experience. Management experience preferred. Current Iowa RN license BLS ACLS Mandatory Reporter PALS within one year of employment TNCC preferred.
