Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Senior Administrative Assistant – Eddy Senior Care PACE - FT Days Schedule & Location • Part-time (20 hours per week) • Flexible scheduling based on program needs • Location: Rotterdam and/or Latham, NY Justification: PACE Sr. Admin Asst - Inquiry & Intake Support Specialist About Eddy Senior Care PACE Eddy Senior Care PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps older adults remain safely in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical, social, and supportive services. As our program continues to grow, we are expanding our team to ensure every prospective participant receives timely, thoughtful, and informed support. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Inquiry & Intake Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective participants and families. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that inquiries are efficiently screened, documented, and routed, allowing our Intake/Enrollment Specialists to focus on the most qualified leads and move candidates smoothly through the enrollment process. In addition, this position provides administrative and marketing support to the Community Liaison team and PACE program as a whole Key Responsibilities • Serve as the initial contact for incoming inquiries (phone, message, referral) • Gather key information to help determine basic eligibility and level of interest • Document and track all inquiries (qualified and non-qualified) accurately and timely • Route qualified leads to the appropriate Intake/Enrollment Specialist for follow-up • Provide clear, professional information about the PACE program to callers and families • Maintain consistent communication and a positive experience for all prospective participants Administrative & Marketing Support • Prepare and assemble marketing packets, folders, and outreach materials • Support Community Liaison staff with event preparation and logistics • Assist with data entry, tracking logs, and reporting needs • Provide general administrative support to the intake/enrollment function What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: • Customer-service focused – able to engage compassionately with older adults and families • Detail-oriented and organized – comfortable tracking multiple inquiries and data points • Strong communicator – able to ask the right questions and clearly explain information • Efficient and proactive – able to triage and prioritize effectively • Team-oriented – collaborates closely with intake, marketing, and operations staff Qualifications • Associate degree or relevant experience preferred • Prior experience in healthcare, intake, call center, customer service, or administrative support strongly preferred • Experience working with older adults or vulnerable populations a plus • Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and tracking • Strong organizational and multitasking skills Why Join Eddy Senior Care? • Mission-driven work supporting older adults in the community • Collaborative, team-based care model • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding PACE program • Meaningful role with direct impact on access to care Apply Today If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and being the first point of connection for individuals seeking care, we encourage you to apply. Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.92 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
