Why You’ll Love This Role: As an Emergency Department RN, you’ll be at the heart of providing compassionate, high-quality nursing to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in patient advocacy, education, and care coordination. What You’ll Do: Deliver expert emergency nursing care using the full nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Support patients and families with empathy, education, and clear communication. Respond swiftly and calmly to emergent and critical situations. Triage patients efficiently and accurately. Document care thoroughly and thoughtfully. Serve as a mentor and preceptor for new team members and students. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. What We’re Looking For: RN License: Current or compact state license (Iowa). Experience: One year of RN experience preferred. New grads welcome if you’ve completed a senior preceptorship in our ED or have relevant emergency/EMS experience.
