Dedicated Memory Care Unit A safe, structured environment tailored to residents living with dementia Smaller unit design to ensure individualized attention and consistent staffing A highly trained team skilled in dementia care best practices This supportive setting enables nurses to provide compassionate, relationship-based care while avoiding the fatigue often associated with large, high-acuity memory care populations.' Comprehensive orientation: Leadership team is committed to helping staff achieve success and holds a complete and extensive orientation program What You'll Do The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care by applying the nursing process Assessing patient needs Formulating nursing diagnoses Implementing care plans Evaluating outcomes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care on our Sub-Acute Rehab and Skilled Nursing units. Minimum Requirements Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program Compassion, accountability and a commitment to patient-centered care Pay Range: $35.00 - $47.75 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
