The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards, policies, and procedures. What you will do: Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively Collaborate closely with our physicians and the care team to coordinate care and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively. Responsible for triage, speaking with patients regarding their health, prescription refills, vaccinations and injections, and acting as a liaison between the physician and patient Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut. Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years in a medical clinic, pediatric experience also preferred Work Schedule: Full Time, 40-hour days, Monday-Friday Day one benefits! Pay Range: $33.10 - 52.90 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
