Clinical Focus Areas: Oncology & Chemotherapy: Care for patients undergoing cancer treatment, including chemotherapy and palliative care. Oncology-specific training and certification provided. Acute Medical/Hospitalist Care: Manage a broad range of acute and complex medical conditions with rapidly evolving patient needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care from admission through discharge Perform assessments, care planning, and clinical interventions including telemetry monitoring and chemotherapy administration Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through daily rounding Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to NYS Nurse Practice Act and professional standards Support continuity of care across the patient journey Serve as a clinician, educator, mentor, and patient advocate Qualifications Current RN license in New York State Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg or Critical Care experience preferred New grads encouraged to apply through Nurse Residency Program Commitment to ongoing education and professional development Pay Range: $38.75 - $58.35 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
