Hours | Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Day shift Position Summary: The Radiology Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff, and workflow within assigned imaging services areas, with a primary emphasis on MRI services. This role provides leadership, ensures high-quality patient care, and supports operational efficiency across imaging services. The Supervisor may also be assigned oversight of additional modalities, locations, or departments based on organizational needs. This position is primarily aligned with MRI services but is designed to support evolving operational needs across imaging departments. Departmental assignments and location oversight may be adjusted based on organizational priorities, patient volumes, and service line growth. What you will do: Supervise radiology modalities including staffing and daily operations management across multiple sites Monitor and determine if all regulatory standards are met for clinical care including documentation and Joint Commission requirements. Collaborates with manager for interviewing, hiring, orientation/training, coaching, corrective actions, performance management and terminations of colleagues. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including maintaining a strong culture of MRI safety. Participate in strategic planning, service line growth, and process improvement efforts. Provide cross-coverage and leadership support for additional imaging departments as assigned. Monitor productivity, quality indicators, and patient satisfaction; implement improvement initiatives as needed. Collaborates with manager to create and manage the annual budget ensuring strong financial performance. Collaborate with radiologists, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and service delivery. Responsible for timekeeping and ensuring that Payroll is accurate. What you will need: Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
