Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose: Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records Specialty: OBGYN Location: 54 W High St # B, London, OH 43140 and Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm What You Will Do: Welcome patients Register patients Gather insurance, check demographics Soft collections Answering incoming calls EPIC Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school graduate or equivalent Licensure / Certification: N/A Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred Basic computer skills required Position Highlights and Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision with coverage starting on day one.
