Key Responsibilities: Assist Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in gathering medical history information and taking vital signs. Documents patient information for medical record including vital signs, height, and weight. Assist Physicians and nursing staff members with procedures when necessary. Transport patients safely using appropriate equipment. Assist with stocking and cleaning clinic equipment and supplies. Follow emergency procedures including CPR when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be 16 years old Certified Nurse Aide certification with a minimum of 75 hours training Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter – Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three (3) months of hire. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certified within six (6) weeks of hire. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
