Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Hospice Account Executive Location: Fresno Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role As a Hospice Account Executive, you’ll be the trusted connection between our hospice services and the community we serve. Your mission is to help patients and families access compassionate care by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities in your territory. What You’ll Do Drive Growth: Plan and achieve admission targets by implementing and adjusting territory sales strategies. Build Relationships: Partner with discharge planners, nurses, and physicians to share hospice information and support smooth transitions for patients and families. Manage Referrals: Ensure referrals meet admission criteria and comply with state and federal regulations. Collaborate: Work closely with agency leadership to discuss opportunities, address challenges, and celebrate wins. Educate & Inform: Respond to inquiries about hospice services and provide informational sessions as needed. Cross-Sell Services: Promote additional offerings like Palliative Care when appropriate. Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage territory plans effectively. Deliver Exceptional Service: Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and outstanding customer service in every interaction. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1–2 years of sales experience (Hospice experience preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of Medicare regulations and managed care. Ability to multitask across multiple systems. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
