Offering primary care, pediatrics, lab, imaging and urgent care services, the Health Plaza provides patients the right care, in the right place at the right time. The family practice care team consists of 10 physicians, 4 APP's and experience clinical/non-clinical staff. Expect a busy practice with instant volume. It is three hours west of Chicago and two and a half hours east of Des Moines, Iowa.
