Trinity Health PACE is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Clinic Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support that ensures efficient clinic operations and exceptional participant experiences. Key Responsibilities Schedule clinic appointments, assessments, and diagnostic services (x-rays, ultrasounds). Answer phone calls, manage voicemails, and provide timely follow-up. Coordinate new participant assessments and resolve scheduling conflicts. Maintain clinic flow throughout waiting and exam rooms. Assist with ordering, tracking, and maintaining clinic supplies and equipment. Prepare participants for provider appointments. Clean and set up exam rooms. Train and support new clinic colleagues. Perform clerical and administrative duties while promoting a welcoming, professional environment. Support compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform clinical support duties if appropriately certified (Medical Assistant, CNA, or Phlebotomist). Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. 1-3 years of progressive administrative, clerical, scheduling, or secretarial experience. Data entry and scheduling experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and exercise sound judgment.
