Employment Type: Part time Shift: Evening Shift Description: EVS Building Services Aide Schedule: PRN Non-benefited (Evenings 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (with every other weekend commitment) Location: Langhorne, PA Department: Environmental Services Reports to: EVS Supervisor Position Purpose: St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a PRN Non-benefited EVS Building Services Aide to join our Environmental Services Team! What You Will Do: This position is responsible for all general cleaning task in maintaining an assigned area of the hospital in a clean, sanitary, orderly and satisfying surroundings for the patients, colleagues and public. The environmental service technician promotes sanitary conditions, which prevents the spread of infection and odors. May be required to perform task, which involve exposure to visible blood contamination or reasonably anticipated blood contamination. Performs all cleaning, floor care and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor. Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean, orderly and good operating condition. Respects Hospital and Company property. Similar duties may also extend to the Medical Office Building, other buildings and the adjacent grounds of the Medical Center’s premises.
