Position Summary: The Pharmacy Technician will primarily support a centralized prior authorization clinic in West Michigan, MI. Pharmacy technician support involves resolving and appealing prior authorization claims from Trinity Health Medical Group. The technician may also support other ambulatory pharmacy clinics as needed. What the Pharmacy Technician will Need: Minimum High school education or equivalent. Preferred completion of formal pharmacy technician training program. Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan (LPhT) AND nationally certified as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). Minimum One year of pharmacy work experience. Prefer experience in multiple healthcare settings. Prefer previous experience working within multi-disciplinary teams.
