They will assist in managing staff requirements, document processing and tracking, and handling incoming calls. The Administrative Liaison will work with the department managers to support hospital and program-based initiatives. Responsibilities: Administrative support to the Therapy Managers Assist in Staffing and Staff document tracking Backup to Registration Associates Other duties as assigned What you will need: Associate's degree in Administrative Medical Secretary or similar major or 5 years of related experience. Surgical scheduling experience required Familiar with physician's office procedures Good oral communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, excel, graphics. HS Diploma / GED Required Ability to lift 20 lbs. Pay Range - $20.20 - $26.50 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
