Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Saint Francis Hospital a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Institutional Review Board (IRB) Team. The Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative support to the IRB Office. Candidates with experience in IRB operations, research compliance, or clinical research are strongly preferred. What will you do: Prepare and distribute meeting materials with strict confidentiality of files and data Communicate effectively with investigators and internal stakeholders Organize and maintain workflows and work products, including digital and paper documentation Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting summaries and minutes Assist with financial and activity reports, budget tracking, and preparation of regulatory documentation Work independently while managing daily projects and competing priorities Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree a Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum -2 years of experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Excellent organization and administrative skills required, including computer office skills. Knowledge of OHRP, FDA regulations, and HIPAA preferred Excellent written and communication skills including ability to work with multiple projects.
