Job Description:
Seeking an experienced SAP Project System (PS) professional to engage directly with client senior partners and executive stakeholders, assess current project and portfolio management processes, and provide strategic guidance for the next phase of SAP-enabled business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with senior client partners and business executives.
- Assess existing SAP PS processes, project governance, and reporting structures.
- Define roadmap and recommendations for future-state project management capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams across integration areas (PP, PM, FI/CO, MM, S/4HANA).
- Drive solution design, implementation planning, and adoption strategy.
- Provide thought leadership on SAP Project Systems best practices.
Required Experience
- 10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS).
- Multiple end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation programs.
- Executive stakeholder management and consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, WBS structures, settlements, and project reporting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Prior management consulting or advisory background.
- Experience leading project portfolio management and capital project initiatives.
- Ability to travel within the Northeast region.
