TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Senior Heavy Assembler, 2nd shift at our Shell Rock, IA office.

What you'll do:

• Assemble fabricated parts to relatively large or heavy subassemblies or complete units.
• Lay out reference points, position, align and fit together fabricated parts of metal or fiberglass mold according to blueprint and layout specifications fabrication.
• Utilize mechanical fastening (bolts, nuts, hucks)
• Apply appropriate torque sequence and values (certified)
• Read blueprints
• Operate overhead cranes
• Utilize hand tools to bend or form parts
• Follow all safety rules and practices
• Be involved in safety committees or initiatives, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial manufacturing
