Trinity Valley Ranch is seeking an experienced Seasonal Chef during our peak season (October through February). This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while enjoying the solitude of a Central Texas ranch.

Trinity Valley Ranch is a premier ranch located in Coleman, Texas. We specialize in trophy whitetail hunting, quail hunting and world class fishing.
Role Overview:
As our Seasonal Chef, you'll be responsible for:

Planning and executing daily menus that delight our guests and owners

Managing food preparation, plating, and presentation standards

Maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols
Managing food, drink and kitchen inventory across all ranch facilities. -
Qualifications
Previous applicable experience.
Experience with wild game preparation is preferred.
What We're Looking For:
A self-starter with solid culinary experience that enjoys the outdoors and isn t afraid of being creative and helping develop a refined and exciting menu. Someone that can build a menu for small to medium sized groups while also managing inventory and backstock.
Compensation:
$6,000/month salary plus an end of season completion bonus of $6,000 with housing included.
