What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors while creating a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Answer and coordinate incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information and assistance to residents, families, staff, and visitors both in person and over the phone.
- Support clerical functions including mail distribution, scanning, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with scheduling needs such as transportation and appointments and communicate with vendors and partners as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while supporting resident records and sensitive information.
- Support safety initiatives and monitor activity to ensure a secure and well-managed front desk environment.
$15.00 - $17.00 / hr DOE
About You
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, clerical work, or healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
