We are currently seeking an Assisted Living/Memory Support Nurse Manager who will work in coordination with the Assisted Living/Memory Support Administrator to direct and supervise the Trinity Terrace Assisted Living and Memory Care areas consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
About You

About You
- Current licensure as an LVN in the state of Texas is required.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in a long term care or related field. Requires a minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Manager. Previous experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Support environment is highly preferred.
- Must possess (or in a timely fashion) obtain a working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding the operation of a health care facility as well as OSHA regulations.
