Overview
We are seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our Microsoft SQL Server database environments. Key Responsibilities
Database Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases across production, development, and QA environments.
- Manage SQL Server instances, databases, tables, indexes, and storage.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including patching, upgrades, and server monitoring.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot slow-running queries.
- Perform query optimization, index tuning, and resource utilization improvements.
- Implement performance baselines, capacity planning, and proactive tuning.
