SAFe Scrum Master

Seeking an experienced SAFe Scrum Master who is a Scrum of Scrums leader. For a multi-vendor hybrid cloud enterprise DevOps platform. This person should be comfortable in a critical business operations IT domain championing Agile principals and promoting vendor accountability.
Project Responsibilities:
- Champion and cultivate an Agile mindset with a clear understanding of Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework values and principles.
- Schedule and conduct meetings and all ceremonies in accordance with best practices for Agile/Scrum guidelines including Sprint Refinement and Sprint Retrospectives. Maintain and track applicable retrospective items to its fulfillment.
- Efficiently lead Agile teams comprising of department Product Owners, external vendor developers and QA/QE resources and make sure each Sprint goals are met.
- Collaborate with SAFe Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, Product Owners and Architects during PI Planning and PI execution to plan and also to deliver the overall Sprint and PI goals.
- Collaborate with other Agile Team Scrum Masters within the Agile Release Train with a focus on delivering both the Sprint and the PI goals.
- Conduct PI refinement sessions to adequately prepare the teams for the upcoming PI Planning event and facilitate team breakout sessions efficiently during the PI planning sessions.
- Identify and remove impediments hindering the progress of the Scrum Team which could be team conflicts, external dependencies, or any other obstacles that are preventing the team from achieving their Sprint goals.
- Provide recommendations to the team on how to increase overall team performance and productivity with a keen eye on process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain relevant Agile metrics and guide the development team to more efficient processes in their Sprint work.
- Track deliverables and maintain their quality to align with business goals.
- Create and maintain a Team Working Agreement and assist the team in living up to it
Required Skills and Experience:
- Certified SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) is a must.
- 5 years as a Scrum Master with at least 2 years as a SAFe Scrum Master leading Agile teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART).
- Proven communication, organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework principles and practices.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in ServiceNow Scaled Agile Framework module for managing Agile team’s day-to-day work and SAFe/Agile artifacts.
- Demonstrated experience in a complex, large-scale, multi-vendor IT cloud work environment.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
