Program Manager, Airport OperationsThe Program Manager (PM) will oversee daily operations of security screening services at Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) under TTG’s Task Order Contract with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Screening Partnership Program (SPP). The PM is responsible for ensuring compliance with TSA regulations, leading a team of security professionals, and managing administrative and operational functions to maintain excellence in screening services.Requirements:Applicants must meet one of the following:Certification: Valid PMP® (Project Management Professional) or other recognized certification (e.g., FAC-P/PM, DAWIA, DHS program management credential), ORExperience: Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in aviation security, airport operations, or federal security contracting, with demonstrated experience supervising personnel.Additionally, candidates must have:At least seven (7) years of general management experience, OR at least three (3) years in a TSA Supervisory Transportation Security Officer (STSO) or higher role.Proven ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.U.S. citizenship (required for clearance eligibility).Bachelor’s Degree (required)Preferred Qualifications:Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Deputy Program Manager in airport or security operations.Previous experience managing TSA Screening Partnership Program (SPP) or other DHS-contracted operations.Familiarity with DoD or DHS contract compliance.Bachelor’s degree in security management, public administration, or a related field.Prior experience with emergency response and continuity planning.Essential duties: (include but are not limited to)Oversee the day-to-day operations of security screening functions in accordance with TSA, airport authority, and company protocols.Supervise and coordinate with the Deputy Program Manager and shift supervisors to ensure operational continuity.Recruit, onboard, train, and manage performance of personnel.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to security operations.Conduct performance evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and recommend training or development opportunities.Approve timesheets, invoices, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.Maintain strong working relationships with airport stakeholders, TSA officials, and internal TTG leadership.Respond to operational emergencies 24/7 and ensure continuity of operations during critical incidents.Monitor quality control and implement corrective actions as needed to improve service delivery.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)Life and disability insuranceTuition/Education assistanceRelocation support available (if applicable)Trinity Technology Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
