We are hiring a Housing Support Specialist to assist individuals experiencing homelessness by providing resources and housing support services. This position is a 1099 contractor role.Schedule:3 days onsite and 2 days remotePosition Responsibilities:Assist clients experiencing homelessness with housing navigation and stabilizationConduct intake assessments and maintain accurate client documentationConnect clients to community resources, benefits, and supportive servicesCoordinate with shelters, housing providers, and case managersUpdate client data in HMIS, Excel, and internal tracking systemsMonitor client progress and provide follow-up supportMaintain professional communication via email and phonePosition Requirements:Typing speed of at least 40 WPMProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookStrong organizational, documentation, and communication skillsExperience working with vulnerable populations
