Position Overview
The Client Success Manager is responsible for owning the client experience from initial inquiry through project kickoff. This role works directly with clients to understand needs, define accurate scopes of work, set clear expectations, and drive proposals to signature.
This position plays a critical role in operational success—the better a project is set up, the better it is executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from first call through project approval
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and develop clear, accurate scopes of work
- Prepare and present proposals; follow up to secure signed approvals
- Set expectations with clients regarding scope, timing, and deliverables
- Ensure all required project information is complete and accurate prior to scheduling
- Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams for a smooth handoff
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to drive responsiveness and close opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications
