Job Overview:
The Relationship Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional banking experience that results in lasting customer relationships. This role provides a full scope of products and services, ensuring customers receive the full capabilities of the Bank. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of banking products, loan origination, and processing, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Schedule: Monday-Friday Must have flexibility between open hours:
7:30am-6:30pm
Essential Functions:
- Provide comprehensive banking services, including transactions processing, account opening, servicing, and loan processing, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service, and resolve client concerns directly or through appropriate referrals.
- Engage customers through personal connections, open-ended questions, and active listening to build lasting relationships and trust.
- Maintain deep expertise in all bank deposit and loan products to effectively educate and advise customers.
- Build and expand relationships through outbound calls for service, sales, and new account openings.
Experience & Education:
- 2 yrs. Previous banking, teller and account experience
- Experience in using personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college-level coursework is a plus.
