- Make structural improvements such as framing and sistering rafters.
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks quickly and effectively.
- Perform home repairs related to solar installs, including siding and drywall work.
- Provide professional, courteous communication to customers while on-site.
- Document all work thoroughly with photos and details, submitting reports on time.
- Keep a clean, organized jobsite and uphold company vehicle standards.
- Assist with additional construction-related tasks as needed.
- Solid foundation in carpentry and roofing, with experience using standard tools.
- Willingness to take on a variety of construction and maintenance tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs regularly.
- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and MVR check.
