- Drive licensing operations by preparing and submitting applications across multiple states and municipalities
- Own tracking and renewals, ensuring all licenses remain active, accurate, and up to date
- Be the expert on licensing requirements — researching, interpreting, and applying local, county, and state regulations
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Field Operations, and internal teams to gather documentation and keep projects moving
- Maintain and optimize systems by managing licensing databases, records, and documentation archives
- Communicate proactively by keeping stakeholders informed of regulatory changes and impacts
- Ensure compliance excellence by reviewing applications, documents, and processes for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with external agencies to resolve questions, submit documentation, and keep approvals on track
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail — you don’t let things slip through the cracks
- Comfortable navigating and interpreting regulations, policies, and legal requirements
- Strong communicator who can translate complex requirements into clear next steps
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or document management systems is a plus
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education is a plus)
- 3 years of experience in administrative, compliance, or operational support roles
- Experience working with licensing, permitting, or regulatory processes is a strong advantage
