Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew installing residential solar systems
- Install solar panels, racking systems, wiring, and electrical components
- Ensure all installations meet NEC codes, company standards, and safety guidelines
- Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and training to installation team members
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain project timelines
- Maintain accurate installation documentation and job photos
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, inspectors, and internal teams
- Ensure the jobsite is safe, organized, and professional
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment
- 1–2 years of solar installation, electrical, roofing, or construction experience
- Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
