What You'll Do
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, wiring, and testing of residential and commercial solar energy systems
- Support system layout, conduit runs, equipment mounting, and grounding work
- Learn and apply electrical codes, safety practices, and industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks under supervision
- Help ensure each project is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized jobsite
- Collaborate with field teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What You'll Learn
- Solar PV system installation and electrical integration
- National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements for solar installations
- System troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance testing
- Best practices for safety, efficiency, and workmanship

What We're Looking For
- Interest in electrical work, renewable energy, and hands-on field work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and desire to learn from experienced electricians
- Ability to work outdoors, use hand/power tools, and lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable on roofs and ladders
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Prior construction or electrical experience is a plus—but not required
