The Applications Processor is responsible for preparing permit, utility and state application packages, tracking/recording all applications' progress, and maintaining positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare permit, utility and state application packages
- Assist in compiling information necessary to complete application packages
- Track progress and update information in database
- Review and distribute documents and correspondence
- Perform administrative functions including but not limited to: incoming calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, preparing shipments, and filing
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations
- May require permit running
- Permitting experience preferred
- Exemplary interpersonal skills
- Proficient in various forms of communication
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
- Consistent thoroughness/attention to detail
- Solar Admin experience preferred, but not required
- 1 year(s) of office experience
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF)
- College degree preferred
- Notary Public preferred, but not required
