Trinity Services, is seeking an experienced clinician who is seeking to utilize their clinical, supervisory, and project and program-management skills to lead a team of counselors serving adults who are dually diagnosed with a chronic psychiatric illness and an intellectual or developmental disability.
The Psychosocial Rehabilitation program (PSR) is a psychotherapeutic day program with hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Monday through Friday with a school-like schedule including hourly group psychotherapy, skills education, and community-based training for skills practice.
Program participants include individuals receiving residential services from Trinity Services and those who live in the general community.
The PSR Director will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Registered Nurse, Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Psychiatrist, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals, and Residential Supervisors.
Onboarding includes training in Safety Care, CPR First-Aid, and Medication Education.
A positive attitude and firm clinical instincts are priority needs.

Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Case Management and Program Development
- Knowledge and expertise in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, and Psychology
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or related areas required
- Proven ability to adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
- Previous supervisory experience or program management roles preferred
