Position Overview
Trinity Services provides services for children, adults, and families affected by autism spectrum disorders. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing support to our Applied Behavioral Analysis and Behavioral program. This role will require the coordination of 1 on 1 therapy and consultation services to families in home and in clinic. In addition to that, the BCBA will provide supervision to the Registered Behavioral Technicians working with children and young adults. The BCBA should ensure that all efforts and documentation align with Trinity Services’ mission, values, and therapeutic needs.
Pay: $70,000 annually
Hours: Monday-Friday; 9AM-5PM (Flexible schedule. May include evenings or weekends)

Essential Functions
- Case supervision
- Participate in monthly team meetings and trainings
- Maintain client caseload (may be sole provider)
- Communicate with parents, school personnel and other care coordination
- Create Behavior Plans
- Support/supervise the Behavior Technicians through implementation of the assessment goals, program book, behavioral plans and documentation
- Track client’s progress and analyze data
- Conduct bi-annual Assessments (PEAK, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBAs, FAs)
- Completion of assessments for new referrals and re-evaluations
- Completion of quarterly reviews on assigned client caseload
- Provide case supervision within the required ratio (minimum of 5 percent of RBT client hours)
- Provide parent training
- Complete discharge summaries for closing cases
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Be able to lift over 40 pounds from floor to waist unassisted
- Be able to push and pull 75 pounds
- Be able to complete deep knee squats
- Be able to push wheelchairs up to 200 pounds
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Operate motor vehicles
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment
- Physical activities that could be used include: driving, balancing, pulling, pushing, standing, climbing, grasping, stooping, crouching, crawling, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion.
- Travel Required between office, client homes, or other work sites
- Acquired BCBA certification
- Experience supervising or training staff
- Experience providing 1:1 therapy or behavioral interventions to individuals with ASD
